HEALTHY WEIGHT

An optimum weight can be calculated for every frame size, and for men and women. To simplify things, you can use this tool to calculate a healthy weight for you height. This does not take your frame size (small, medium or large), or your gender into account, but will however give you with a good idea whether your weight is within the healthy range, or just how many kilograms you need to shake or gain.
